ABOUT THE RETAIL OPENING PROCESS

If you haven’t already, you will be receiving a Welcome Packet from the OCM that details the required steps you’ll need to take to open your doors. This packet can be confusing and leave you with more questions than answers. In our upcoming webinars, we’ll cover essential topics such as post-selection application submission (for CAURD licensees), TPI disclosures, curing deficiencies, and communicating with the OCM. We’ll also address how to prepare for and conduct inspections and initial inventory reporting to the OCM.
